The File Transfer Network (FTN) is a secure,
encrypted web-based tool designed for Chokshi, Mund &
Raczkowski, P.C. to be used for sharing documents with our
clients. It is hosted on a server here at our offices
in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. This method of document
sharing is more secure and efficient than email when
exchanging sensitive information. FTN is also useful
when document size may be too large for various email
systems.
Documents available within an individual client account, both
those uploaded by a client and those placed there by our
firm, are auto-deleted after 180 days. FTN is a
document transfer sytem and not a storage facility.
Each client account in FTN is accessable only with
a valid login and password. If you do not have an
account or have misplaced your password please contact anyone
in our firm. An account or new password can be
established in minutes or less over the telephone.
You will be notified via email within five minutes of
any document that we place in your FTN
account.
